For breakfast, lunch, dinner, and parties, this countertop cook-and-serve appliance makes meal preparation quick and fun. It's quite versatile--the 10-by-9-inch ribbed grill can be used for grilling fajita and taco fillings, burgers, sausages, steaks, and shrimp. The 9-inch round heating plate is ideal for omelets, tortillas, and pancakes (done simultaneously while the bacon's grilling, of course). And when the tortillas are ready, a stainless-steel pan with a glass lid fits onto the heating plate to keep them warm. (Or use the pan to keep chili warm while burgers are grilling.) The entire cooking surface--grill and plate--is nonstick. Cleanup is easy: The grill lifts out of its gleaming plastic stand for washing, and the pan and lid are dishwasher-safe. The power probe has four heat settings for precise cooking. Included are small plastic tongs and a plastic taco-filling rack. The entire unit measures 23 inches long and 12-1/2 inches wide and carries a one-year warranty against defects.
